At Bark in the Park 2008, we did pedicures for donations. 100% of the money went to the Columbus flood victims with pets, from the Flood of 2008. |

The doctors and staff at the Hope Vet Clinic feel that community involvement is very important, and that we should all "give back" to our community. We have several projects that keep us involved, and one of our favorites has been the Shop-With-A-Cop program. Dr. Hall poses as Santa and fulfills the pets wishes as they sit on his lap for their photo. Our doctors generously match our fundraising efforts with their own pledge. Every year we have had a great show of support from our clients!! Last year we had three very large birds come to perch on Santa. Don't worry, no accidents there! One year we had a three foot long iguana come to see Santa. |
 |
Another community project was a big success. Our Sarah's father and his troops headed overseas to Iraq, and we wanted to be sure they had a show of support with a gift for each one. Clients, employees and doctors all brought in presents for these brave soldiers. We gathered 300 gifts; phone cards, snacks, books and more! We wished them a safe holiday and a speedy return!! |

Our employees especially enjoy helping at adoption events. Here we are at the animal control building at the airport, helping to raise funds for various groups. Our raffle netted cash for these non profit groups. Please come and visit Animal Control, CARE, or the Humane Society if you need a life-long,loving companion! |

Disaster can strike without a warning! Create a disaster kit that includes : Current ID tags, vaccine records, collar and leash, food and water, medicines, a favorite toy, and a cage or crate if your pet is small. In an emergency, your pet depends on you being well organized and planning ahead!
Below are pictures of our volunteers at Animal Control after the flood of 2008. Our clinic donated medications, vaccines, and made several trips to check on the displaced flood survivors. |
